How to transport your Pulse?

On any occasion where you need to travel with your Pulse, whether on a plane, or taking it on the road in a van, we recommend the following:

1. Never transport it with the battery inside . On most airlines it is not possible to transport your Pulse with the battery in the bottom section, as lithium can interfere with the normal operation of the plane. Carry the battery in your carry-on luggage.
Even on road trips, it is advisable to remove the battery to prevent it from falling due to vibration, or the lock or rails from breaking. The most convenient thing is that you carry it with you and this way you will prevent it from being damaged, falling or, in the worst case, you could lose it.

2. Your box is your best ally : if you still have the box of your Pulse, you can use it to transport your Pulse. This will allow you to carry it more safely on a plane, in a van or truck, or even send it by parcel.

3. Turn off your battery before starting transportation . This will ensure that your battery is always in optimal condition.

4. For small spaces, you can use the Quick Release on your front tire to easily remove it. We only recommend that you get something to put between the brake pads to prevent them from sticking, or that you be extremely careful not to squeeze your brakes. If the worst has happened, you can find out how to unstick them in our article " Stuck Brake Pads "

5. Cover with foam or bubble wrap any area that may be exposed , for example the display, accelerator and brakes, derailleur, footrest, etc.
