COVERAGE

PULSE MOVILIDAD ELÉCTRICA DE MÉXICO SAS de CV guarantees all the products it manufactures and/or distributes, during the first two years from their acquisition, or 2,000 kilometers (whichever comes first), for any defect in conformity thereof.

For all Pulse delivered from September 2021, the guarantee will only be valid with the corresponding registration at https://pulsebike.mx/pages/registra-tu-pulse

For the warranty to be valid, constant maintenance of the unit is necessary every 3 MONTHS or 400KM (whichever comes first). In addition to the registration of each service immediately after it at https://pulsebike.mx/pages/servicio-seguimiento . Otherwise the warranty will not be valid.

This warranty will only be valid for the original purchaser of the product, and the purchaser will have the right, in the event of a defect of conformity, to repair and/or replace the defective component, completely free of charge for the affected user.

The affected user will only have to pay for the shipping of their unit to Pulse facilities. The Pulse team will provide a discounted guide, sending it to the user's email, and will schedule the pickup of the unit at the user's home.
It is up to the user to disassemble the unit and package it, as well as paste the guide in the box and coordinate with the parcel company for collection.

The warranty will become valid after analysis of the unit by the Pulse team, or by an authorized workshop.

The warranty covers the following components:

Frame, Front Suspension, Engine, Electric Controller.

The warranty does not cover the replacement of the following constantly worn components:

Chain, Tires, Discs, Cables and Brake Mechanisms, Seat Foam.

Likewise, this warranty also specifically covers paint, varnish and corrosion defects on all frames and rigid forks that we mount on our bicycles for the period specified in the first paragraph of this warranty (Discoloration of the paint caused by the effects of ultraviolet rays. (UV) or outdoor exposure is not covered by this limited warranty, nor is shade change or discoloration in fluorescent colors).

This legal guarantee of PULSE MOBILIDAD ELÉCTRICA DE MÉXICO is fully compatible with the legal and commercial guarantees offered by the manufacturers and distributors of the individual components of other commercial brands that we mount on our bicycles, the user being responsible in the event of a defect of conformity in any of said components, process directly with said manufacturers or distributors those individual guarantees of said components.

All labor costs derived from assistance under warranty, including the transfer of components and/or the installation of new components, will be borne by the owner of the bicycle.

CONDITIONS

PROCESS

If the repair is not possible, PULSE MOBILIDAD ELÉCTRICA DE MÉXICO will replace the non-compliant product with another product with similar characteristics, and if it is not possible under these terms, PULSE MOBILIDAD ELÉCTRICA DE MÉXICO may choose to provide the user with another product of the same quality. or superior quality and performance, of those available in the PULSE ELECTRIC MOBILITY OF MÉXICO range, the year in which the warranty claim is made, or pay the user an amount proportional to the value of the non-compliant product, equivalent to the value of the product at the time the claim is made.
