We offer free shipping insurance as standard on all bikes, batteries and components, meaning you'll never have to pay for damage caused by delivery.

Remember to inspect the bicycle before accepting it from the carrier. If it was damaged during delivery, please email us at hola@pulsebike.mx with your order number and any photos and videos of the damage within 10 days of receiving your bike.
