Mistake 5: Loosening the throttle
On some occasions, the throttle on Pulse electric bikes may be excessively tight when delivered to the end user.
This can cause it to get stuck when accelerating, and can be a risk for the user. To protect the user, we have installed a security system: the bicycle will understand when this happens and will stop working until it is fixed, showing "Error 5" on the display.
Fixing this situation is extremely simple. You just have to do the following:
1. Loosen the screw with the allen key present in your Tool Kit.
2. Turn the accelerator so that it does not hit the brake lever and/or any other element.
3. Ensure that your accelerator works freely, that is, that you can press it easily and that when you release it it easily returns to its starting position, without getting stuck.
4. Press the accelerator again at an angle that is comfortable for each user and respects step 2.
