Errors in the CloudDrive Display of the Rebel X 2023 model
Sometimes, the displays on Pulse electric bikes may show error codes, indicating possible faults in the electrical system. We will provide you with information on how to respond to these errors and the importance of reporting them appropriately.
If you notice an error code on the display of your Pulse Bike, it is important to pay attention to the information it provides. Each code indicates a possible anomaly in the electrical system and requires evaluation by our technical team or a specialized workshop. The errors that could appear on your CloudDrive display are:
E0x01: Screen in normal conditions.
E0x03: The Ebike is braking.
E0x04: The accelerator is not oriented.
E0x05: Accelerator failure.
E0x06: The battery is under voltage protection.
E0x07: Surge protection.
E0x08: Holzer motor signal line failure.
E0x09: The motor phase is interrupted.
E0x10:The controller temperature is high enough to reach the protection point.
E0x11: The motor temperature is high enough to reach the protection point.
E0x12: Current sensor failure.
E0x13: Battery temperature fault.
E0x14: Engine temperature fault.
E0x15: Controller temperature fault.
E0x21: PAS failure.
E0x22: BMS communication failure.
E0x23: The front light does not work.
E0x24: Front light failure.
E0x25: Torque sensor torque signal failure.
E0x26: Torque sensor speed signal failure.
