My Pulse does not turn on

In case my Pulse won't turn on, here is a guide to help you solve the problem.

A loose connection or low charge can cause your bike not to start.

Follow these steps to verify that your battery is charged and connected correctly.

  1. Check the charge level of your battery. With the battery switch on, press and hold the battery status button next to the battery lights. The more lights appear, the more charged the battery will be.

3. Once the battery is fully charged, reinstall the battery and try starting the bike again.
